It's listed for that price in some stores. They just list a "special deluxe" at a 23€ price, no standard. It's either a long album, a visual album or she's thinking that overpricing her mess will make us forgive what she done.
It's weird that the deluxe edition of Anti will cost that much. I remember I bought the Talk That Talk deluxe for 18€ and that was pretty high already. Usually deluxe editions in Portugal cost 16-18€.
