Agree with this entirely. It's good, but it'll be baaaaad if the whole album is full of songs like it. It has no life to it, imo. Compare it to the epic songs that are BTD, R, WC. I still can't properly describe my problem with it. I keep saying it's not finished. Like, to me, it's missing more drums, more energy.
But if this album serves choruses that are just the song title repeated a bunch of times (aka, UV album again), I'm gonna be really annoyed. I don't understand why she keeps doing that, when we have proof that she can write an amazingly melodic and word-filled chorus (all of BTD and most of P). I wish she weren't lazy with her songwriting. I am definitely holding out hope for the full album though. I can't believe we are getting new music already. I'm still slayed by UV, Lana, I wasn't ready :weeps.
