I don't really know how to answer that. Lately I've been eating a lot more vegetables (my favorites are carrots and brussel sprouts), with at least one meal a day but often more. I have an apple or some other type of fruit every day. I also eat a lot of meat. For snacks I've been eating various things but they're not chips or anything, more like dried fruit or seaweed which is my favorite. In general I eat a lot.
