But how messy could it have been if she has approved things in the past like an unfinished song they turned into an "interlude"? To me I feel like she's being a perfectionist for this one, which is totally fine, but we always say, "Sometimes you have to stop fixing every little detail and let your product go." I've always heard about this video, but never saw it. Do you think she means with her sock line coming out, RiRi perfume, etc? We haven't seen her in the studio for a while, so I feel like it has to be in it's polishing up stages, especially if she still gave us James Joint and we had those lyrics back in what, early 2014?

well it's been 3 months actually and it was kinda obvious that she won't release in the summer, cause the sales are just the pits as we all can see in BB200 chart. She wasn't seen around a recording studio the whole August and went to the Roc Nation offices twice. Besides, she wouldn't bother doing The Voice if it wasn't for the sake of the promo. Let's just wait till September ends and if we don't have anything by then, well then we're screwed.

She does have a lot going on in September: Puma line and commercial (we've seen ads around the world already), RiRi, Stance Socks, Rock in Rio and Chile shows, I'm sure we'll get a few magazine covers too (she shot like 4 photoshoots in the last 3 months). The exposure will be big, I feel like it'll be a perfect time for a revival single. We'll see.

at me forgetting about her Puma line. Honestly, when you put it that way, I kind of have a sense R8 is dropping this September. Maybe the 25th? Wouldn't that coincide with her Voice appearance which is early October? When Taylor visited, she had already dropped 1989 and was performing Blank Space, right?

Well, in our Base's game "predict R8's release date" I named Sept 25th as the main option, but that was before we knew about The Voice thingy. Taylor's episodes aired in late October, and she performed later in November (cause her ep's weren't live obviously). I feel like we'll get our usual September single and then R8 in late October/early November.

But this is R8 era, she might do everything in the exact opposite way
