I'm surprised about that myself. When I heard it, I thought it would destroy every digital record. In terms of catchiness, it's basically on par with Tik Tok / California Gurls as far as Luke's hits are concerned, but with a far bigger star singing it. I expected it to rocket to #1 and quadruple the #2's popbars on day 1. I still think it's gong to be a mega hit; it doesn't get more iTunes-friendly than that song.

Regarding the lack of Britney smashing: a lot of people don't even know she has a new song out. There's been very little mention of it on the blogosphere.
Gaga, on the other hand, is always big news; especially a song premiere. In fact, I think I've seen more online about GH than TTWE.
