In the video they discuss the line "might still have sex," but when the song was debuted it was clearly "still owes me sex."
It's possible Taylor knew that either lyric could be used, as she says "go with whatever line you think is better," but as of now the video only shows them discussing "might still have sex."
If Taylor truly didn't hear the song until the rest of the world did, as she's been saying all along (and Kimye have not offered any evidence to refute this claim) then the thing that really changed in this situation is that Kanye did not use the lyric that he sought Taylor's approval for—instead, he used once that was not "tongue-in-cheek" but was very sexist.
