It is a preorder for the album, but the single is tied to it, just like with MDNA and Bowie's new album.
The only thing that's receiving promo in the store is the album pre-order. There is nothing that indicates that the single is on iTunes, period.
Speaking of which, Now is already down to 36, and rolling effect doesn't hit for another three hours.
