I think for me, The Story of Us is really a good song, but I feel it's definitely impossible to sing along, maybe that's why it flopped. It's just my opinion (about Taylor's song) though.

I did it for the other problems like pictures avi being disappearing couple of weeks ago, the result only focused on US users, they fixed the problem the other day. But this time it seems different, first, not just US users, second, it's about speed problem. I doubt it's easy to be fixed.
