Britney fans are always bringing up that stupid 30 million plaque as if Britney wasn't riding that stupid ass bubblegum pop trend and hasn't seen a huge decline since then. Britney is the butt of everyone's jokes, whilst if in most cases you say something negative about Beyonce, it starts a huge debate and usually the negative ones start getting shut down. At this point, we know who people see as the standard and it isn't Britney.
I'll admit I was a bit underwhelmed and felt like there could've been more actual horror as opposed to simply gore, but it was still miles ahead of Murder House. Nothing touches the Asylum though, I was on the edge of my seat for most of the season.
And I loved the part with the "Name Game"
BTW as much as I like the actress who plays Lana, her cry/scream is just
Murder House was much better executed (and that intro is still the best one) than Coven. Coven had better characters but it didn't know what to do with them. And the plot was just stupid.
But yeah nothing touches Asylum. I have a feeling this next one may come close!

Amy Poehler has always kind of wished she was Tina Fey. Stable marriage, children who won't grow up in a broken up, iconic film roles, an Emmy, better pay, etc. Sorry.
