California will have marijuana on the ballot. They join Nevada and Maine in having it already confirmed for the ballot. Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri and Michigan are also likely to have it on their ballots.
Arkansas and North Dakota may have it on there, but they need to work work work work work.

This morning on ABC's “Good Morning America,” FiveThirtyEight’s Nate Silver predicted that Hillary Clinton will win the general election against Donald Trump.
Clinton has a 79 percent chance of winning the election, compared to Trump's 20 percent, according to FiveThirtyEight’s forecast.
"We're at halftime of the election right now," Silver said. "She's taking a seven-point, maybe a ten-point lead into half time. There's a lot of football left to be played. She's ahead in almost every poll, every swing state, every national poll."
Silver called 49 out of 50 states correctly in the 2008 election and got all 50 states correct in the 2012 election.
On top of that most Americans as a whole agree that they should give Judge Garland a Senate hearing and fast while the people polled don't trust Trump on Supreme Court issues.
The leads will only get bigger after the convention and Bernie gives a big endorsement. He better not screw it up.

The campaign has to spend the rest of the primary money before the convention or it goes to the DNC if I'm not mistaken.
