There should be different routines, depending on the split/ muscles you target.
I assume he taught you a whole body work out? That would do for atleast 2-3 weeks. But make sure to change it up so that your body wont get used to it. You can also increase the weights so youd grow bigger.
Compound work outs ba ginagawa mo? Meaning maraming muscles ginagamit? Like bench press/ pull ups? Mas ok yung ganun sayo since mejo payat kapa diba?
Tuloy mo lang yan, youll eventually see results if you think nothings happening, just keep on working out, its better to continue than to stop.
Ako sobrang hard gainer ko din pero last year i gained 40lbs. From 110-150lbs ako. Its a big gain pero hindi parin ako satisfied mejo payat parin ako IMO. Target ko is 160-170 ng weight ko since 5'9 ako.

I am actually 150 lbs when I started working out. I lost 5 lbs a aeek after that and now I'm 146 lbs. My weight is so fluctuating it's scary.

Yes 150 is ideal for 5'7 but you either have to look really buff or have a significant amount of baby fat with that height-weight ratio. I just find it hard to believe judging from your photos.

My thighs are a little too huge. I guess that's where most of the fat in my body are concentrated. But I'm doing cardio too and I'm about to trim them fat down! And I wish I started working out earlier, these buffs in the gym are killing my self-esteem
