I suggest lurking in this thread often or lurking on onehallyu. Info is usually posted the minute it's out. You can also follow update accounts on twitter if you have one. Those are usually the ways most find stuff out.

Cheer Up was also released months later. I think it's been outdoing Rough week by week. If they were released at the same time Cheer Up would have sold more by now.
