Funny how in all the articles screaming "RACISME!!!" There's no mention of Haiti paying France a **** ton of money JUST to stay independent until about 12-13 years ago and how that contributed to becoming a complete shithole of a country, Or the fact that the DR was under Hatian rule at one point and used their resources to off set the millions of dollars that they had to send back to France to keep their freedom. Black folks give white folks **** about "post slavery oppression" "fighting the ones that held us back", "paying for the sins of your ancestors" etc. Well guess what? This is what it really looks like. It's a tangled mess. You have the offspring of slaves that are still havent recovered (Haitians) from the effects of slavery caused by their oppressors (France) while on the other side you have those that were oppressed (Dominican Republic) taking extreme action against the offspring of those that oppressed them (Haiti).
