I was listening to AO2 earlier and it really had me thinking that she's taking her time with this. I mean we
clearly know that, but just the fact that these songs (with the exception of FFS) play out longer than three minutes and we don't have any Birthday Cake/Pour It Up quick-fixes is reassuring. Hell, even James' Joint vs. Birthday Cake; the interlude actually plays out instead of an, "Oh s***, let's just fade this out because we can't finish in time."

I know Alicia kind of comes in waves with hits, but I still think Unthinkable is such a calming and beautifully written song. I feel like Rih would soar with a 40-production. And you know Drake would cook up something perfect for her because he loves her so much.

No Love Allowed, Complicated, and Jump say hi. I remember which year I was with an ex based off what Rihanna album I played. Except that now it's not yearly, so it's blotchy.
