This is so exciting and nerve-racking. As a returning player, I don't just wanna make it through to the next round, I wanna smash it. Especially since I managed Top 5 on R1 last season, I want to beat that. But... I don't think that's gonna happen somehow. There's some TOUGH competition this time round! Hopefully I'm at least Top 20.

No, I don't care about a typo TOO much, but of course if you have them multiple times in every song, I'll feel like you aren't proofreading your songs and be annoyed

And I don't know why y'all are freaking out and not listening to any of the things TT is saying My score is only 20% AND it's not like I gave half 1s and half 10s! I also don't understand how it being a verse + chorus has anything to do with scoring But as Sam said, longer songs give you the chance to develop the stakes more and I always like seeing how the 2nd verse and bridge build on the 1st verse, etc.

That feeling when you get more and more nervous for results each passing minute and when the results are a few minutes away and you're refreshing the page every second. Then the results finally get posted and suddenly you get scared and cautiously scroll down despite the fact that you could just ctrl+f your name. Then you read over what every judge says multiple times and pray you'll do better next time.

I agree about the typos. I haven't really been too concerned with minor typos here and there.

I feel similarly about minor grammar mistakes. Although, I think grammar mistakes can be a bit jarring and distract from a song if they are prevalent enough; for example, if the verb tense switches too much over a verse, I find the song much more difficult to follow.
