They force you to continuously explore enough of the world to unlock the main story arc? I hope they do this more elegantly than Dragon Age: Origins. That game was a mess.

I don't understand how I have all but three probes in Primordia but it's only 28% done Do all of the side quests increase that percentage? I ventured into Oblivia today just to plant some probes and it's beautiful

The percentage is brought up by completing each task in each hexagonal on the map. So the probes did help, but most of the hexagons are treasure things, missions, tyrants, etc.

By the way, omfg Xenoblade Chronicles X is so good!!! I am obsessed. It has taken almost every bit of my free time. I just can't believe how amazing it is.. I never played the original Xenoblade, I will for sure pick up the 3D edition sometime next year.

I'm really not a huge JRPG, or even RPG, guy. In fact this is probably the first JRPG I'm really getting into. I love Kingdom Hearts and that's basically it for RPGs.

The first 15 or so hours with the game, it's quite daunting.. There's soooo many intertwining systems and currencies and just SO much. But after awhile it just totally *clicks*.

No, it just made me update and then let me play without the patches. My system didn't have enough space for the patches.
