I know you can get bored of an album and all but to go from "best" to "mediocore" album really shows what's wrong with this base.

In his defense he did say:
"ARTPOP is Gaga's best album. But I wonder what I'll say when the fanboy novelty wears off. All I know is Venus and GUY are mud wrestling for my favorite Gaga song at the moment."
Ugh all of you make this thread so unbearable to go into. The fact you complain at every single little thing is so annoying.
Firstly, you all started praising Bobby to the highest of heavens when he got an ARTPOP banner and ARTPOP discounted on iTunes but now you're all declaring him to be a terrible manager. Your logic makes no sense you pride yourselves in being 'true' fans but find ways to find flaws in the smallest of things.
Secondly, you all dismiss ARTPOP in being awful etc. but if it had opened with so much more it would being praised to the highest of heavens especially DJWS as well. You wanted fun and less serious songs from Gaga and she gave you them but now you want her to be more serious again. Make up your mind.
Also, the only reason the majority of you want Gaga to sell well is to use it as bragging rights and I know thing the moment we get the setlist for the artRave you'll complain with it because she didn't perform songs you wanted her to. The tour is fot ARTPOP, not Born This Way, not The Fame Monster and not for The Fame.
Can't you all just enjoy the music? ARTPOP is a good album with good songs on it but you're failing to see this because you're too concerned with chart success.

ARTPOP is much better than the average pop release so it's not 'mediocre'.
It has strong and weak tracks like most albums. Perhaps the weaker tracks are weaker and more numerous than the weakest of her previous albums, but we're hardly in ****** filler territory like so many other major pop releases are.
The flaws would be forgiven if it were more successful. Just like the flaws of other releases are forgiven because they're more successful. ARTPOP's shortcomings are grossly exaggerated - like she's made the worst album of the year when that couldn't be farther from the truth.
