I think that was the turning point of his whole campaign, and whatever goodwill he had from everyone, left. He will get like 2% of the AA vote (which is sad but deserved. Crazy cuz when he started out he had like 25%)

And Bernie IS a better candidate than Hillary in almost all respects (the woman could t even say BlackLivesMatter on TV and now she's screaming about Rosa Parks what a joke) . Only problem is that he looks old and uncharismatic. I'd vote for him if he had a chance, but he doesn't, and I'm not into wasting votes on uunlikelies

Did everyone watch a different debate than I did? Because I swear I remember Bernie getting to answer the question from the black kid and then Hillary being asked something else.

Trump has already said the most ridiculous things. Saying a BLM protestor deserved to be roughed up will not anger his base. He has said a POW wasn't a hero because he was captured, which means much more to his conservative base than BLM protestors. His polling will not decrease substantially, if at all. Most polls have him increasing.

But his unfavorables are too high to win the nomination anyways. Basically Trump has a 0% chance of winning and the only reason why we keep hearing about him is because he brings ratings and more ratings means more money. That's all it is at this point.

They do...if the GOP elects a conservative candidate like Cruz...or messy candidates like Trump or Carson, then Hillary can stay left of center in the general and play boogeyman to women and minority votes. Rubio or Christie may say they are conservative, but them being the GOP nominee would push Hillary back to the center.

Rubio would make Hillary look very old, with a youthful looking candidate with a hopeful message standing beside her...where have we seen that before?

Christie is a straight talker like Trump, but has policy, and experience handling crisis situations (Hurricane Sandy as example) to back him up. Plus, I think Trump would live with Christie being the GOP nominee, and Trump would not run as 3rd party in that case if Christie got the nomination. Trump and Christie are friends, actually.

Hillary will have to walk a fine line, and be tactful with her words...as Americans like their guns.

Granted, the gun show trade needs to be strictly monitored, and background checks need to be expanded for people that want to buy a gun...imo, people should have to have a mental health evaluation before being able to purchase a gun.

I think that would do an effective job of catching these people that fall through the cracks of society early before they have a chance to do anything heinous.
