Probably her attitude. She was on the defensive right around October (but with good reason, I suppose). If she kept acting like she did at the beginning of the era and never went on a multiple month blackout and leaving her single and album in the dust, things probably wouldn't have been too bad. It does look like C2C is doing some charity work to her brand tho.
She should record a song for a drama or blockbuster. Something very modern but not too pop - something anyone at any age could like. Something to keep her name around for the not-Little Crooners.
Ah well, at least we know who will actually stick by her in tough times.
