Task 4: Virtual Monopoly

Congratulations candidates you all have made it into the top nine of this competition!
This week I decided to kick things up for a fun non-spam task. Task 4 requires business skills, a little bit of luck, some game strategies, and some math knowledge. All nine remaining are playing in a virtual Monopoly game, which is based on the original monopoly game. The team with the higher player asset average wins this task. What are assets? Your total asset is the net worth of your cash/money + your properties worth.
To begin, each player receives $2000 and selects a token. I have selected the tokens for you to speed up the game process. Places their token on the Go space on the board, and they may start as soon as possible. Each player becomes his/her own Banker, thus each player manages his or her own account balance. The Bank has unlimited houses and unlimited hotels available, and never runs out of money.
-If the player lands on an unowned property, they may buy it for the price listed on that property's space. If they agree to buy it, they pay the Bank the amount shown on the property space and receives the title deed for that property. Railroads and utilities are also properties.
- If the player lands on an unmortgaged property owned by another player, he pays rent to that person, as specified on the property's deed.
-If the player lands on his own property, or on property which is owned by another player but currently mortgaged, nothing happens.
-If the player lands on Luxury Tax/Super Tax, he must pay the Bank $100.
-If the player lands on Income Tax he must pay the Bank $200.
-If the player lands on Chance, the player earns $50.
-If the player lands on Community Chest, the player lost $25.
-NO JAIL in this GAME whatsoever.
-If the player lands on or passes Go he receives $200 from the bank.
-If a player does not have money to pay off a rent or fee assigned by certain cards, he or she may take a loan from the bank by mortgaging one or more properties or pay off the rent by trading the deeds to other players in the game.
Properties are arranged in "color groups" of two or three properties. Once a player owns all properties of a color group (a monopoly), the rent is doubled on all unimproved lots of that color group, even if some of the properties are mortgaged to the Bank. The properties in a color group must be developed evenly, For example, houses in a group may be distributed (2,3,2) or (0,1,1) or (4,4,3) but not (1,2,3) or (0,4,4).

(Note:
There are changes from the Real Monopoly game to this Virtual Monopoly game.)
To play the game:
Copy and paste the 0. to 39. tiles/squares of this monopoly board (like a musical chairs type) and take your move by using the die given from two players before you.
Buy your properties and manage your account balance in this format:
Assume KT&T started at 0. GO! rolled a 6 to land on 6. Oriental Avenue $100; KT&T plans to buy it then KT&T's account statement should be as followed (starting from $2000):
Buy Oriental Avenue for $100
KT&T Balance = 2000 - 100 = $1900
KT&T may place his token "&" besides the Oriental Avenue, also mark the property by taking the "$100 Light blue" out and insert "(KT&T)" besides the property; look at the example below.
Build your houses and hotels in this format:
[H] = 1 House; [H][H] = 2 Houses; [H][H][H] = 3 Houses; [H][H][H][H] = 4 Houses
[HOTEL] = 1 Hotel = 5 Houses
KT&T may place [H]'s or [HOTEL] besides a property being built.

ROLLING THE DICE:
Obsolete Dice Rolls
Last but not least is rolling the dice. In this virtual monopoly players simply cannot roll real dice, but we move by having virtual dice. How do the virtual dice work? Each player passes one die from one to six: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 . Two players would pass two dice.
Rule 1: Each player must passes one die.
[Die from one player] + [Die from the second player] = [Two Dice; ranging from 2 to 12]
Thus,
Rule 2: Each player must wait for two players to move again.
You may move as many times as you want as long as you have two dice. Example is provided below.
Rule 3: If a player doesn't move 9 hours later from when he or she has the last move, the player loses $100.
You don't have to make a move / move your token to set a die pass, simply post a die pass if the die numbers are not going anywhere. As long as you are not using the die pass that you set, but another player can.
Rule 4: Each player can set a die pass consecutively out of move, however, he or she cannot use his or her die number.
ROLLING THE DICE *NEW*:
NO more Dice Pass!!
Check your time, rolling the dice is proportional to the
"minutes" of the hour.
05 = rolled a 3, 5, or 7
10 = rolled a 2
15 = rolled a 3
20 = rolled a 4
25 = rolled a 5
30 = rolled a 6
35 = rolled a 7
40 = rolled an 8
45 = rolled a 9
50 = rolled a 10
55 = rolled an 11
00 = rolled a 12
Example: If Igor posted at 10:
30, he rolled a 6 and may move 6 spots. If Igor posted at 2:
50, he rolled a 10 and must move 10 spots. If Igor posted at 4:23, he did
NOT roll anything, and cannot move his token. The MINUTE of each hour is IMPORTANT to how much you roll and move.
ORDER OF PLAY *NEW*:
Dancehall Queen; fiercE; futurelove92; #GetAlong; igor; J可愛い; RawrEmyro; ReginaGeorge; TheGeoKing
Dancehall would move first, then fiercE, then futurelove, then #GetAlong..etc..to TheGeoKing, then back to Dancehall.
To keep the game rolling, you MUST MOVE every 1 hour, if you don't ANYONE CAN MOVE for you (by following the rules of rolling the dice "according to the
minutes" listed above.
Game resets! Deadline extended for an extra day. Have fun! (Hopefully)
