Smile has pretty much been confirmed to be the second single. RCA noticed how successful What the Hell still is. What the Hell keeps climbing and climbing up in iTunes (right now it stands #11). Why? Its an amazing upbeat have a good time song, Avril did not have a live performance in the US ever since New Years (and that was pre-recorded) so there is no promotion in the US other than the music video. Thats why Smile was chosen as second single, its fun, upbeat and the chorus is just amazing, like the what the hell chorus. Can u imagine what will happen when avril starts the US promotion? if u thought avril was slaying right now, u havent seen nothing yet.
