Off topic but... does anyone know how to insert album artwork on itunes, i uploaded my albums on there (the physical copies) and they don't have an art work for some reason

oh and btw i got my friend to buy all of demi's albums and listen to them today quite proud of myself considering how closed of she is to 'other music'
