I was in the WILDERNESS. We went down DIRT ROADS to the middle of absolutely nowhere. Like bitch I didn't even know places like that existed in ATLANTA. Mosquitoes biting me, spiders, birds, poison ivy, THE SUN... I am not equipped for that ****. I'm traumatized
I, actually, do like hiking. It just depends on the terrain.
Hiking in Denver was one of the best experiences of my life.
You're a good one, I just don't like the rural experience period. I would MUCH prefer going to the city as a vacation.

NAWT Dirt roads in ATLANTA. Those types of places exist everywhere. my area in the second largest populated part of NC and we have three state parks (No mountains) .I don't go to any of them.
White People also like taking swims in Quarries too.Something that I prefer NOT to do.

Now, don't get me wrong. I would absolutely rather be in a city like Miami on vacation. I just wouldn't be against having to go hiking lol. Everyone should go, at least once, to really experience the beauty of nature (as corny as it may sound).

Stupid, swimming in quarries is dangerous. People die doing that stupid ****. First of all, it's illegal because the land it's on is owned by the government. Secondly, they can be extremely deep and the chemicals in the water can cause your muscles to cramp. Thirdly, the water is extremely cold and you could possibly get hypothermia. Fourthly, rocks, abandoned equipment, and other harmful objects contaminate them. They are pretty, but everything pretty isn't always good for you/safe.

All why I don't use them.I'm better off going to the lake or ocean. (NC's coast really isn't as developed as other coasts)
And on top of that on the occasions where parking is full at the quarry, some people will RISK parking on the side of the road getting Parking tickets just to go there too.The police came out a few times and wrote a good few parking tickets.

I actually live close to a quarry and I used to swim in there. the mud at the bottom is very loose and soft and you can actually get stuck underwater and drown.

The water in them is pretty and I understand people wanting to swim in them. I mean they are everywhere in my hometown and various cities throughout GA, but here they mine Kaolin which is already soft as is so yeah the grounding isn't stable enough for anyone to swim in. Just take your dumbass to a pool, lake, or the beach.
