Not very, it shows a few but it also leaves a lot out.
You could always try Google searching for your name within the site, for example:
"Cupid site:atrl.net"
And you can change the time settings to show past 24 hours, past week etc, it will show you a list of posts, might help you out until we get the upgrade.
