I think it's the rolling affect. Last Sunday it got a huge update so it could be the affect of that.
Radio updates are calculated compared with the update of the last week by calculating the difference, so when you have a huge update, you should have a bad or an average update the day of the next week (And +1M is huge for Selena). I don't know if you understood but I'm not good to explain.
