This basically ruined the entire purpose of my life. Ever since I was a kid I dreamed about America. I've been obsessed with American culture and everything related about it ever since. I admired American society. I saw them as brave, smart, courageous, fearless. The leaders of the world. The greatest nation we've ever seen.

I never gave up on this and I finally made the first step towards it, I'll be in the USA from June to October for the next 4 years, as part of a programme for college students.

And it was all ruined today. America became the laugh of the world. My firends are already mocking me on WhatsApp, today's gonna be a hell at college.

This is a fall of an Empire. I wished it didn't happen in my lifetime. I was sure it wouldn't happened in my lifetime. And here I am now. I just realised how ****ing stupid Americans are and how everyone was ****ing right when they said that.

I was blinded by my admiration and love for it. But that's just what they are, a nation of idiots.

I wanted to become and American citizen so bad and spend the rest of my life there. Everything is ruined now.

I have no words. I don;t know how to cope with this.
