I guess you have to be black to get "lightskinned" jokes. It's an ongoing thing in our community about how lightskinned boys act (things like squinting their eyes so their pics come out sexy, always flexing for the gram and showing off, usually has a lot of swag etc). nothing serious the term has taken on a life of its own so you can say things like "that was so lightskinned!" or "you're acting mad lightskinned rn"

speaking of this group & new single officially released really soon, i'm listening to all of their discography to prepare myself fully (god knows how many times now) and 'Got Love' is such an 11/10 bop city of an EP. all 4 of these songs are incredible
