I don't think it would be the best bet to give it to them if it were an option.
All they need to do is get rid of Bryan Singer for GOOD and hire someone that'll do the franchise justice and give us an accurate depiction of the X-Men
I would love to see the X-Men done right with the actual members of the original team.
I say get rid of Kinberg as writer as well and have him just be the Kevin Feige of the universe by just keeping dates together. We need someone to who is going to write these characters accurately.
So FX continues to be completely out of touch and isn't making this available to anyone outside of the US But there is a new trailer for Legion for those who can watch it.
It’s of course not known which X-Men film this could possibly be, as there are a number of mutant movies in various stages of production. The Channing Tatum-starring “Gambit” was furthest along in production and was originally supposed to already be wrapped by now, but that film has had a hard time keeping directors. Doug Liman exited the project in August and there’s been no replacement named yet.
The other likely candidate is the teen-centric “New Mutants,” which will be directed by “Fault in Our Stars'” Josh Boone. That film already has a director in Boone and a script. Potential storyboards for the film were also revealed just a few weeks ago, storyboards that teased the film’s potential antagonist. It’s been stated that “New Mutants” was eyeing a spring 2017 production start date, so that would make sense with this new report.
Honestly... I wonder should Fox consider MCU Phase 4 for a co-op deal like Sony have done with Spider-Man. They get the cash from the movie and can do development deals with the actors, but the production is handled by Disney.
The new Spidey trailer is so promising. I hope Fox consider it since they're at risk of a bomb if they follow Apoc with a big budget mess.
mess, I just hope they have a plan that involves keeping the newly cast characters + I don't see how they can do an x-men film without Prof X, unless hes killed off.
Lord there is zero buzz/ interest for this show. What are you doing FX/Marvel/Whoever owns this
Legion has a lot of buzz though. It's is being made from the people who did Fargo, so the GP is interested. And this is being waited on by X-Men fans. It just that nothing new has come out so no one is talking about it outwardly.

Where is the buzz though there has been 2 trailers so far which haven't exactly exploded and i've not seen any kind of internet buzz or news articles about it outside the normal places that would cover this.
It needs more than just the x-men fans to watch it.

Well the trailer's for the show aren't dropping any new information we didn't already know, so why would anyone general interest in the show change from when they first saw it? Like I said before, the show has the Fargo creators behind it, and since they are on it, interest is already there from Fargo fans. And I'm sure X-fans will pick it up when it actually starts to come on.
