If this doesn't do well in North America, she can promote it in Europe and try and make it a moderate hit there.
Do the Europeans in this thread know if a song like this would do well there? It's top 100 in Germany.
RCA are low budget though so it's probably not gonna happen.

I can't speak for mainland Europe, but last time she came over to the UK to promote I can remember whatever her current single was at the time jumped up the iTunes chart, a lot. A lot more than I expected it to. I'm just going to assume it'll be the same all over Europe that if she puts in the effort to promote a song like this could definitely become a moderate hit
