In the UK, high school is from the ages 11-16. College from the age of 16-18. And then University from the age of 18-21+ (Which is when we graduate).

Usually, high school starts around the age of 13-14, and graduates are 17-18 years old when their graduation ceremony takes place. From there, they can choose to go to a junior college (which is usually two years) or a university (four years); or they can attend a junior college until they have enough credits to transfer to a university; generally speaking of course. There are other paths, or instances, that occur. There are people gifted enough to attend a higher grade at a younger age. There's home school, which is the option that a lot of celebrities take (it helps them balance both, their career and education).
