I'm somewhat surprised at PLU being slow. I'd have tagged it for a huger hit than CMB at least. Oh well, it's not a big deal since it's only a GH single anyway.
As for Idol, something tells me that Kelly won't commit to it for few reasons. Although it'd be a fantastic opportunity to subliminally promote her sixth album when it releases next year.

Her stylist for her promo during the Stronger era did a nice job. She was flawless at the Super Bowl and on the BMA's and MuchMusic, etc. Of course the Grammy's is another story.

Kelly's said in many interviews she hates dealing with clothes, and she lets others handle it. If she is choosing it then she needs to go back to the mindset of letting others do it for her.

Hopefully if PLU actually flops, it'll force Kelly to put more effort into her pop songs and change up her formula a bit for album #5. I really don't want her to become a Hot Ac/AC artist yet.
