Mr. Trump: Hello candidates! My mind is all made up now no further questions are needed.
Mr. Trump: Look what the cat dragged in here today...Loosing again like old times in Week 1, all three original members of Surplus. This week was a history in the making; return of Cosmo's win, Kristen Foxaylove multiple wins, and our longest task ever.
First appearance for Jay FiercE and Chris SiXo, and I see you again for the third time Matt Quiqui.
A tough decision to make now!
fiercE (Jay)! Most of the candidates hated your guts; I witnessed the continue of your constant low ratings as a leader, your constant low level of approval by others, and your constant battle with UnusualBoy & SiXo -Cosmo and Surplus alike. You know what I question your potential every week and honestly I have to say you haven't done anything spectacular. I don’t see fiercE in top 2 at all. To top that off, your teammates don’t respect at all!! Even you admit in your answers that you could have done A LOT better. Many of them wanted you out but it could be from competition. Your internship was disastrous! There were a lack of communication with your employer but I saw that you actually advertised through people’s walls. As a project manager, you did okay in informing your team of the task but with a lack of strategy, it had caused you big time. You constant manipulation of the link games to go out first was great but in the end some link rounds hurt your score. This could be the end of the road for you.
SiXo (Kristen), this week was your worst week ever, staying week-after-week top 3 comes with a price and you paid for it this week. You destroyed your near-perfect personal record. You were targeted by your competition and you made it transparent for the world to see how mad you by your video; which I enjoyed watching by the way hehe. I don’t know what it is- it could be resentment, it could be real truth, but your project manager had pulled you in this week’s final boardroom. Whatever it is, yet again, this week had gone from business to personal. It’s sad to see you once dropping out of below top 3 and you landed straight into the final boardroom.
quiqui4eva (Matthew)! Given the fact that a Surplus member was inactive you took his role to help your former team but you failed to actively play the links game; your internship was questionable by many people. Your second chance this week and yet you haven’t prove anything great beyond the border of just completing the task. The greater question is are you to blame for Surplus loss when the fiercest leader cannot even commit himself effectively for the internship. Could you be the scrapegoat for this task? Or you have gone far enough?
Moment of truth ...
Mr. Trump: Matthew, you are young and inexperienced! You have a lifetime ahead of you to do great things but this is the end of the road for you. You were given a second chance but didn’t improve. Many of the other members out shadowed you basically for one simple fact: free time and more input. They put time and effort but you don’t and earning your internet time or restriction atrl time hurt your chance in this task and the rest of the competition. You could have reported to me about your online restriction and we could have worked something out. I’m sorry Matthew and again (repeating from last week) it was a pleasure to know you as a person. Thanks for joining and good luck with everything!

Edi_Shak, you were inactive mostly in task 6 as well. Questionable intership, internet problem, and little link participation made me decided to take back my decision to readmit you in this game. We cannot have another member who slows this game down. I’m sorry Edi!
