Articulate. Fierce. Actual and Factual. These are just some of the words that could be used to describe my good friend Mr. Pound. Always willing to engage in civilized discussion AND always ready to make you sit and spin when he gives you the truth?
EFFORTLESS.
Best Moment: Introducing Kylie gifs into the ATRL lexicon.
His Most Obvious Precedent: American Life, the original £100.
His fights with Johnny rocked the casbah. He was a bigger DK stan than even Derek, and became the world's biggest "straight" Gaga stan. Top that off with a man who's willing to go on record with how much he distrusts Obama (although, he won't be the only one like this on this list :mixiroxwaive), and who have a perfect number ninety nine.
wow! thank you!
im love that im number 99.
is this in order of good to best or is this a random assortment of members in a list?
I can't even split this post into two, I love them so much. If y'all don't know who they are, you can SIT AND SPIN.
67. Playboy
When Playboy arrived, he was a teenage boy who thought Beyonce hung the moon. He was the proto-Bey stan: ignorant of all music pre-Destiny's Child. To have watched him grow and evolve has been one of my greatest pleasures. He grew into himself, losing some of his very sheltered black/churchgoing ways and internet coming out of the closet. He tried new and different types of music, and started stanning for white people! He left recently, and there will never be another one like him.
Defining Characteristic: No one - NO ONE - loved diva singoffs as much as he (or me).
lmao Brian's first username was Curious, wasn't it? He was a devoted Hilary Duff hater/Stacie Orrico lover. I found him intriguing then, and started to push his buttons. He was a Sugababe lover like me! I still remember his breakdown of L.A.M.B. clips before the album came out! I don't think anyone has ever loved pop music - in all of its forms - as much as he did/does. It is hard to imagine what ATRL, or my life, would be without him.
My song for Brian (the best thing Staten Island's produced since Protect Ya Neck/Genie in a Bottle?)

And here is Playboy's last blog, where he gives tribute to Arith, BRIAN, and others who haven't listed - yet: http://atrl.net/forums/blog.php?b=4614. What a class act.
