So I wonder how long it takes some one to orb across the world, because its been shown a number of times that Paige at least, isn't really teleporting around, she is kind of moving her body/others around as a group of orbs (makes sense with her telekinetic power) She also told pheobe once that she would "explain on the way" when the 2 of them were orbing off somewhere, so its possbile for them to talk when they are just orb particles
