She has an amazing lawyer behind her, and in cases like these it's really rare to have "hard evidence". It's the last possible thing she can do and obviously she would NOT be doing it if she were lying? It's not like she wishes death upon herself and her career and everything she's worked to earn.
Like, yes, they want her out of the contract, obviously. They had to resort to this because Luke refused.
