Everyone hates 02, it almost got Digimon cancelled until season 3 saved the franchise.
Can't blame them, though I'm suprised everyone is hating on Davis. He was ****ing annoying the same as all new 02 characters, but Yoeli was the worst :hazam:

sorry guys what does the latest trailer say? we'll have the first 3 episodes on 11/21 , 11/28 and 12/5 and then they'll release the DVD/BR of the first one on 12/18 ? what's gonna happen during the October dates they listed at the very end?

Even Arachnimon looked better than the protagonists. Their hairstyle and clothes were boring imo. Takeru 01>>>Takeru 02.

I recently rewatched 02 and goodness it was the pits in the second half of the season (Arukenimon was the silver lining). But even though Davis, Yolei and Cody aren't nearly as interesting as the original 8, they're not as bad as some of you are making them out to be. Sure Davis' pining of Kari gets annoying really quickly, but aside from that, I have no issues with them.
I kinda get it tho. When I watched the dubbed version I was not feeling it. But I watched season 5 as it came out in japan with subtitles, and it seemed like the most mature of all the seasons, kinda aimed to an older audience. I loved it. I think i would rank mine this way.
2 was not that bad. The only thing that sucked was the new kids b!tching about not wanting to hurt the digimon at the start and Patomon and Gatomon being weakend so they did not over power the villains
