See I stick to running on the treadmill and or running outside. I cannot afford a gym membership, so the most I ever do in a workout is a 30 min run (I'm wanting to get back into my long distance running again so 30 min is a small start) and basic push ups and sit ups
If there is something I could do to maybe get a bit of muscle on my arms with all this running as my excersise, that would be great to know
