I know for a fact that her manager, Monica, usually doesn't let her stop for fans or only lets her do it for a very short period of time.
I'm sure you could meet her if you find out where performers exit the venue, though.
If you really wanted to you can find out which hotel shes staying at and stay and wait at the entrance when she's about to leave to go to the venue.
I hope she starts performing new songs at your date!
