I hate this excuse. I stan for Carly, but the album is full of radio friendly hits. Of course she put out the album to stay successful. She even said that in an interview.

In that case, the album was released at a bad time. She should have released this album in July. There's no competition during the summer and Call Me Maybe was king at the time.

Gurl, this song is BARELY smashing. It's not even Top 40 on Canadian radio yet I'm all for this song smashing, but in Canada this song should already be Top 20 considering her massive hits before this song. This doesn't look good for Carly.

It's all good, last week two huge Toronto stations didn't play it at all. Now they both play it 5 times a day. I listen to one of them so I hear it. Plus I went to the mall today for 2 hours and I heard This Kiss 3 times in that time.
