Throughout its 16-year run, MTV’s The Challenge has seen contestants chalk up their poor performances to subpar teammates, conspiring alliances, and sexual tension.
So, for the show’s upcoming 25th season, there will be no partners and no teams. For the first time, it’s every (wo)man for themselves.
The Challenge: Free Agents kicks off on April 10 with 28 MTV alumni fighting solo for more than $350,000 in prize money. And, also unlike previous seasons, Season 25 will see a random draw select one male contestant and one female contestant to head into the elimination round against contestants chosen by that week’s winners.

Hmmm. Here for it. MTV had been trying to switch things up for RW so I'm here for them doing something with the challenge. It hasn't been great in a long time. Maybe this change will help the show like it did with Ex-Plosion.

Because they keep hoping she's gonna be a hot mess and have some sort of meltdown.
I like her, but really that's the only reason she even got invited. I bet BMP never even thought twice about asking anybody from the Spring Break Challenge until she almost died from eating a hot pepper.
They need to let go Jasmine, Johnny Bananas, Jonna, Preston, Theresa and stop inviting them back. I use CT and Aneesa but them too, especially if they're gonna kept inviting Diem and bump their stupid relationship.
Jasmine was entertaining on her first challenge but since then she has become so annoying. But I still do get life from the time she went off on Theresa.
Hm, this may actually be good. Sure you have your Laurels, Teresas, and Camilas () but there are A LOT of new faces; Nia (), & Toya with Chet, Isaac, and Jemmye being back as well.
Am a bit excited.
EDIT: Jasmine is so ****ing try-hard. I'm friends with her on FB (weird, I know) and am pretty sure she has no friends. Lol
There will be team challenges as well as individual challenges but the prize money is only going to 1 guy and 1 girl instead of being split up between a team like usual.
Free Agents , even the name is great.
