This Time
Pia Toscano
-
Pia Toscano's first single mesmerized me in a good way. This Time showcased Pia's flawless vocals and the video showed how beautiful Pia is. This is one of my favorite 2011 songs and I am very excited to hear Pia's debut album.

S&M
Rihanna featuring Britney Spears
Loud
S&M made my list at #19 just because of Britney's guest appearance in the song. I never liked the original version but I got into it when the remix came out. I just really adore Britney's vocals although I must admit Rihanna owns this song.

Disaster
JoJo
Jumping Trains
S&M made my list at This is JoJo's comeback song after her last single from The High Road. The angst in the song makes it very enjoyable and JoJo's vocals slay so hard with this song. I wish the video was more creative though.

Candles
Hey Monday
Hold On Tight / Candles
A piano version of this song was initially released in their debut album Hold On Tight. A pop-rock version got released this year in their Candles EP. I got so hooked with the latter version as it matches very much with Cassadee Pope's vocals. Her voice is so angelic and I really love how they re-did this song.

Tonight Tonight
Hot Chelle Rae
Whatever
This is such an addictive song. The band's vocalist (IDK his name) has got an amazing voice! It's in the upper range and he can easily hit the high notes. The song, however, isn't really about the vocals but rather about having fun tonight. And it's such a fun song with a very addictive melody. I got hooked with the catchy phrase 'La la la whatever. La la la it doesn't matter.' Such a great song.
