Lol, Theres no way. But she could of possibly been talking about nexts week tracking period. Wmn? has been #1 since Wednesday, So it has a change of getting to #1 tomorrow. Hopefully. But if She doesnt this week, she will definitely get it next week, as The Time is not going to overtake it.

She is definitely no.1 tomorrow because now the gap between WMN and WWC on UK itunes is really big whereas the lead of WWC over WMN early this week is small !

The 5th no.1 in UK is coming.
This also her 4th song that is simultaneous no.1 on both UK and US charts. Among female artists, only Madonna has more simultaneous UK and US number-one hits than Rihanna with 5 songs.

I can see why you would think that. Its still pretty consistent though, and isnt decreasing too bad.
