Gerl not really. I definitely cheat often, but I eat the healthier versions of regular food.

For example:

Instead of fried foods most of mine are baked
Instead of regular bread I'm here for whole grain
Instead of store bought juice and soda I either drink water or try and make my own juice

That's pretty much it. I don't have a routine I follow every day.

sis i LIVE for Cherry Coke and ma pomegranate juice! i would die if i dont get to drink those at least once a gain. i really want to start eating healthy even though i dont really need to at this point. My metabolism is really high to the point where i can eat 5 big macs a day and still wont gain any weights! i always take that as an excuse not to eat healthy

You might be cute on the outside, but the inside of your body is a ****ing mess.

It'll definitely show as you get older. You'll have so many health related problems.
