Umm...I thought she had enough for all three initial recount filings? Now she's just tallying up donations for additional fees that will be incurred after the recounting begins (lawyer fees, etc.).

There's no paper trail so it would either be: Voters can initiate a recount by having three voters from a voting district in question petition the county and ask for a recount or the campaign acquires a court order (because of the size of the gap) and having every machine opened and analyzed:
