I predicted 8-9 million on ukmix in early March and got laughed off the thread Little did we all know that even that ridiculously (at the time) optimistic prediction would prove to be so pessimistic. She's had an unbelievable year. And it's not like 2012 won't also be amazing - she's currently #1 in 15 countries on iTunes.

21 is simply the best selling album since 02-03. It could profile to be the best selling album of the millenium eventually.

I think that much less. I think she will be somewhere between 400 to 450K. Non Christmas albums usually drops 55-65%, Christmas albums free fall usually after Christmas week. This year have additional Christmas sales day included for many countries, since some tracks sales differently from US, like UK who track sales from Sunday till Saturday, so drop % can be little smaller than last year.

You can see difference in sales for Christmas week and week after last year.

I think it depens..
In the USA she will probably sell well thanks to the Grammy and SFTTR.
The real question is are they going to release new singles in 2012? since a lot of countries already had 4-5 singles..
And will she start promote \ perform around the world?
Will she film music videos for the singles?

If she releases more singles, releases Music Videos and perform she can sell 8 Million.
I hope she will be performing in the Grammy and BET.. It will give the album another boots in the UK and it will become the best selling solo-artist album ever [it will pass Thriller soon enough...]
