Mediatraffic (severaly) over-estimated CG. At November 2010 sold 6.4m WW. I doubt it sold over 2m WW since, but let's say it did. .
E.T at 6.5m seems very reasonable for me too (Since it was mostly a "local hit")
I'd say that "Firework" is the best-selling by far

Maybe 6.4m for E.T & 8.6m for CG (at best)
