yeah but the BeyHive presale is suppposed to go through Beyonce.com, while the official partner of ticketmaster is AmEx, so they always promote the AmEx pre-sales and the fanclub pre-sales get paid dust (if we talk about information and proper guidance).
In a perfect scenario we would have gotten a mail with a code and a special Ticketmaster link to direct us at 10 am from Bey already, but we are left in the dark
it specifically states they have an AmEx pre-sale, no other links
