For the international lambs, you need an US IP address to listen. WIndows users can use Hotspot Shield, I haven't used it for awhile but from what I remember, it is very easy to use and there is not much configuration. The Mac gorls can use TunnelBear (which I'm using) to change the IP. You just need to create an account. Work instantly, no configuration needed.

Hotspot works for Mac as well. Atleast for mine.
