I worked out a lot today but tonight I suddenly craved for something sweet so I ate Toblerone and chocolate cereals. What's worse is that after I ate those sweets I craved for something salty so I ate spicy prawn crackers. Now I feel so fat. What should I do?

Yeah, I do feel a bit guilty right now because I'm trying to stay fit but I can't help but indulge into my cravings. I guess I just need to spend more time working out tomorrow.

In real life, I don't consider myself old per se, but when you are on ATRL you feel like that because your on a forum where the majority are teenagers.

I have the same feelings at work, as a majority of the people who work there are 15-18.
