Exactly this. You know how the Westboro Baptist Church protests outside of the funerals of dead soliders, right? Should the funeral goers have to "tone down" their sadness to appease the Westboro Baptist Church? Of course not! Listening to religious extremists only gives them power and authority to continue their ignorant rampages.
